TinyBuild has announced Hello Neighbor 3, with series creator Nikita Kolesnikov leading development. The stealth game is only confirmed for PC so far, with no release date announced.

The project follows the development approach of the first Hello Neighbor, with Kolesnikov working with a contained production scale. The game takes place in Raven Brooks, a town that runs as a real-time simulation where residents act according to set personalities and circumstances. Players enter as newcomers, with their actions affecting behaviors and events in the town. The systems allow for multiple solutions to objectives.

Kolesnikov said he intends to maintain an open development process, stating that alpha builds may become available for testing. The game maintains the series' mix of domestic and horror elements in a spring setting with ageing buildings and vegetation.

The game builds on the series' stealth mechanics while adding town systems and NPC interactions. Residents follow programmed relationships, goals, and routines that change based on player actions.

The Steam page lists features including environmental storytelling through the town's architecture and details. Players will need to observe resident behaviors and discover how their routines intersect to progress. The game retains the franchise's focus on dynamic AI responses, now expanded to encompass multiple characters within the simulation.

TinyBuild has not announced console versions or provided development timelines.
