The Man Without Fear is set to make his return to screens on March 4, 2025, as the Disney Plus show Daredevil: Born Again prepares for launch.

Leaks from the trailer shown at New York Comic Con have given us a glimpse at characters such as the Punisher, Bullseye, and the Muse, while the official synopsis promises a heated standoff between Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk. Things look like they might take a more political turn this time around though compared to the more confrontational nature of the original series. The synopsis reads as follows:

“Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox), a blind lawyer with heightened abilities, is fighting for justice through his bustling law firm, while former mob boss Wilson Fisk (D’Onofrio) pursues his own political endeavors in New York. When their past identities begin to emerge, both men find themselves on an inevitable collision course.”

More links to the original Netflix series should mean a seamless transition for fans of Daredevil. Born Again will see the return of Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Deborah Woll as Karen Page, Jon Bernthal as the Punisher, and Wilson Bethel as FBI agent Benjamin Poindexter.

Additionally, the relatively dark and gritty atmosphere (for Marvel live action) of the original series is expected to remain, with a TV-MA rating confirmed, making Daredevil: Born Again the strictest-rated Marvel show on Disney Plus.
